Automotive Technology
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY provides opportunities to experience the latest high-tech equipment located in a state-of-the-art facility and is modeled after the Vermont General Service Technician Program. Students in this program receive theory instruction and hands-on performance in all Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) areas (Brakes, Steering and Suspension; Alignment; Manual Transmissions and Transaxles; and Electrical Systems), which provide initial training for employment in the automotive service field or further training at a post-secondary institution. In order to successfully complete the program, students must pass the General Service Technician exam.
